~ HAPPY VALENTINES ~

Chocolate cupcakes with yummy buttercream frosting, white Non Pareils, and purple sugar. Sweet things for the sweet ones in my life. :)

    Wow. That is a pretty frosting for sure : ) And I love those little balls. Do you know they are illegal in California. Can you believe that? My friend Pumpkin Delight did a whole post on how she could not use them to decorate her Christmas cookies. Crazy, right?
